Online Payment
Online orders require electronic payment. Store credit cannot be used to pay for online purchases.
In-Store Pickup
Online orders are collected at Clover Kids Resale Shop, 1314 Claremont Avenue, Ashland, Ohio 44805.
Orders must be picked up within 3 business days. Let the store know whether you or a designated person will collect the order. The person collecting it must show identification.
Pickup hours: Monday–Friday, 10 AM–6 PM; Saturday, 10 AM–3 PM. We are closed Sunday.
Orders Not Picked Up
If an order is not collected within 3 business days, the items return to the sales floor or website, and the purchase amount is issued as store credit. Store credit expires after 6 months.
Returns on Online Purchases
Eligible returns are accepted for store credit within 3 days of purchase. Bring your online receipt.
- Items must be unwashed, unused, and unworn.
- Original tags must remain attached.
- All original parts and pieces must be included.
